Blooming Branch at the Helping Hands Festival 2008

Blooming Branch is proud to be a part of the 2008 Helping Hands Festival on Saturday November 8th at St. Richards School in Indianapolis (see more details below). Blooming Branch will be working with our friends, Juniper Spoon, to provide biodegradable/compostable green eating wares.  We will also be providing recycling and composting services after the fair.  Come see us at the festival and buy some fair trade Christmas gifts!

The Helping Hands Festival will showcase handcrafts of groups in developing countries who need a market for their work and are not associated with a large fair trade network. Local nonprofit groups such as churches, service organizations, etc will represent participating artisans by selling the work of groups from Central America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and more. Once again we are delighted to be part of the Spirit and Place Festival. The theme this year is “Exploring Imagination”.
